Impress and entertain your friends!  Have Paul take over your kitchen (ANY SIZE) to prepare an amazing four course meal for 8, paired with wine, and followed by a live musical performance.  Personal chef, sommelier, and guitarist, Paul will prepare cuisine which he learned from Grandma Tagliaferro and chefs throughout Italy, pour region-specific Italian wines from his friends’ vineyards, all while talking about his jaunts throughout Italy and his storied musical career.  After dessert, Paul will entertain you in an intimate concert with original compositions as well as some Bad Company renditions.
